Welcome to the pilot version of the Transaction Document Checker!
This tool aims to help streamline the procurement-to-finance workflow by automating document review, highlighting quality issues, and flagging outstanding actions. It enables faster checks, better accuracy, and a smoother process.
Documents uploaded to the tool are not stored or shared with any third party. They remain in your SharePoint, and the tool only accesses them temporarily to run the required compliance, consistency and completeness checks.
As the cost is tied to how often the tool is run, please try to have the relevant documents ready before starting a review, while still using the tool when it is helpful.
Note that this is a pilot version of the tool and does therefore not have all the features you might want. However, we will be considering to update the tool, so please leave your feedback on the last page and we will evaluate them.
